Economic Inequality with Indivar Dutta-Gupta

Indivar Dutta-Gupta is the President & Executive Director of CLASP, where he leads efforts to advance public policies that reduce poverty and promote racial and economic justice. Prior to CLASP, he co-directed the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality’s Economic Security & Opportunity Initiative, where he worked on jobs, income supports, tax credits, and workforce policies. He previously served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and as a researcher at the Brookings Institution. Dutta-Gupta frequently testifies before Congress and is widely cited in national media for his expertise in social and economic policy. He earned his BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
