The IBO publishes reports on city spending, predicts future tax revenues, and studies how policies affect areas like schools and housing. By providing these facts to both elected officials and the public, the agency helps New Yorkers understand and participate in how their city is run. In this forum, we will be hearing from a panel of workers at the IBO.
